• Follow up the stock on hand in our warehouse.
• Weekly monitoring and reporting about the stock and manage store allocation/re allocation.
• Monitor the shelf life of products to avoid overstock and expired in the warehouse, and alerts other departments for actions and push allocation.

Stock management and detention among Stores

• Follow up the stock on hand in stores.
• Analyze stock performance, identify slow-moving or obsolete items, and develop strategies for clearance or disposition.
• Coordinate stock transfers and ensure efficient distribution among stores based on sales and customer demand.
• Optimize stock allocation among stores based on sales patterns, store sizes, and customer demand.

Shelf Life management:

• Allocation of near expiry date to the stores.
• Allocation in case of overstock to stores to avoid bad stock.
• From all allocation above’s, prepare action plan with buyers and marketing department to help on sales.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business.
• Having under 1 year proven experience in inventory, stock management, allocation in retail, supermarket.
• Good communication in English.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and related software tools as Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and stock performance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
