About the role

This role focuses on overseeing Existing Store Operations across all Labotte retail points and managing approximately 10 permanent staff (PC) and part-time employees. The position ensures all sales points operate to consistent standards in compliance with company policies, while elevating service quality, training, and on-floor management to support the growing number of store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage PC and part-time staff across multiple locations, including monitoring attendance, schedules, grooming standards, and company policy compliance
• Ensure adequate and appropriate staffing levels across all branches and resolve on-floor issues in coordination with HR
• Monitor PC performance and provide consistent feedback and coaching
• Develop and maintain uniform discipline and work standards across all sales points
• Create and develop onboarding programs for new PC staff
• Conduct training on product knowledge, service standards, selling scripts, and promotions
• Provide field coaching to staff requiring additional development and assess PC understanding post-training
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure PC have accurate and current sales information
• Develop store checklists and audit systems to verify counter, pop-up, and sales point conditions
• Inspect cleanliness, display compliance, equipment, and store readiness across all branches
• Ensure all branches comply with SOPs and Labotte standards, track post-audit actions until resolution, and systematically maintain reports and photographs
• Monitor sales performance by branch and PC, help front-line teams understand weekly and monthly sales targets, and track promotion and campaign execution
• Identify performance issues related to people or store execution and provide feedback to Commercial, Growth, and Product teams
• Support action plans to improve underperforming branches
• Collect and review stock-out issues from each branch and monitor product availability for sale
• Send demand signals and stock issues to Commercial Planning and follow up on replenishment with Packing and Warehouse
• Verify branches receive shipments as scheduled and escalate issues preventing timely stock replenishment
• Receive VM and visual direction from Brand and Art Director, brief PC on display guidelines, and verify correct execution across all branches
• Collect store images for review and follow up on display corrections per feedback
• Serve as the central point for store operational issues, coordinating with Commercial (stock/promotions), Operations (packing/shipment), Brand/Art Director (visual), HR (people issues), and Retail Expansion (leasing/mall expansion matters)

About you

• 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations, Area Supervision, or Retail Management
• Experience managing multiple branches or sales points
• Experience managing PC, BA, sales staff, or front-line employees
• Skills in training, coaching, and store audits
• Understanding of sales KPIs and retail operations
• Ability to visit different branches as required
• Detail-oriented, thorough, and strong follow-through on tasks to completion
• Ability to make decisions and manage on-floor issues
• Strong communication with staff at multiple levels
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for basic reporting
• Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, or Department Store retail is preferred
