Retail Operations Assistant

About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for a reliable Retail Operations Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you’ll be the engine that keeps our store stocked, organized, and operational. You will manage incoming inventory, maintain backroom organization, assist with online order fulfillment, and work closely with the sales floor team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management: Unload deliveries, check incoming shipments against purchase orders, and quickly process new merchandise.
• Backroom Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom system so product is easy for team members to locate.
• Floor Replenishment: Restock merchandise on the sales floor efficiently to keep displays full and visual standards high.
• Fulfillment & Logistics: Pick, pack, and prepare online or buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS) orders.
• Quality & Loss Control: Tag/sensor merchandise, handle damaged items, and assist with periodic inventory audits.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and sales associates to ensure smooth store operations.

Pay: $26.84 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
