Job Description:

• Manage daily mall facilities operations and maintenance to ensure a safe, clean and well-maintained environment.
• Plan and monitor preventive and cyclical maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with relevant authority regulations and standards.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance and repair works.
• Manage facilities budget, utility arrears recovery and cost-effective use of resources.
• Support energy management and ESG initiatives to achieve environmental and energy targets.
• Maintain good tenant and MCST stakeholder relations, including tenancy fit-out coordination and feedback.
• Assist with MCST by-law enforcement, licence agreements and preparation of AGM/EGM meetings and related documents.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Facilities, Estate Management, M&E or equivalent.
