Retail Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate retail operational activities to ensure smooth and consistent execution across outlets.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor outlet conditions and operational standards.
• Assist in checking merchandising displays, promotional setups, and product arrangements.
• Monitor stock-related issues such as out-of-stock items, pricing accuracy, and stock discrepancies.
• Assist in outlet operational audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure outlets comply with company SOPs, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Coordinate with HQ departments on operational support and issue resolution.
• Prepare simple operational and audit reports for management review.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities execution at outlets.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with retail or pharmacy experience will have an added advantage.
• Passionate about retail operations and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Willing to travel between outlets across Johor & Melaka.
• Possess valid driving license.
