Retail Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on Retail Operations Executive to manage daily retail operations, product administration, inventory replenishment, data management, and retail projects.

The role covers both day-to-day operational execution and project coordination, including stores, pop-up operations, Gacha machine locations, product and inventory management, sales data, replenishment, and new retail projects and activations.

You will work closely with landlords, vendors, contractors, Warehouse, Brand, Marketing, Sales, Data, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations across stores, pop-up locations, Gacha machines, and other retail points, and follow up on operational issues.
• Handle product administration and retail data, including product information, pricing, sales records, inventory data, and operational reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability, coordinate replenishment and stock transfers, and work closely with Warehouse and internal teams to minimize out-of-stock situations.
• Coordinate retail projects including store openings, pop-up stores, Gacha locations, exhibitions, and other retail activations, from planning through execution.
• Coordinate project timelines, site preparation, renovation, installation, store setup, maintenance, and operational requirements with landlords, shopping malls, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, operating costs, and project progress, and coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Warehouse, Data, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business, Retail Management, Project Management, Operations, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, project coordination, inventory management, merchandising operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational, administrative, coordination, and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Excel, sales data, product information, inventory records, and operational reports.
• Proactive, responsible, hands-on, and able to manage multiple operational tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to provide on-site support and work on weekends or public holidays when required for retail projects or events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, product administration, inventory replenishment, stock management, or retail data management.
• Experience in store openings, pop-up stores, exhibitions, Gacha operations, or other retail projects.
• Experience working with landlords, shopping malls, contractors, suppliers, or external vendors.
• Knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, renovation coordination, and store maintenance.
• Good Excel skills and basic understanding of sales analysis, inventory movement, sell-through, costs, and retail performance.
• Experience in toys, collectibles, Trading Card Games (TCG), entertainment, or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
