We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Operations Executive to join our dynamic retail team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in retail management, store operations, customer service, and business coordination.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the store, ensure an exceptional customer experience, assist with inventory and merchandising activities, and help maintain smooth and efficient retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all Store and Warehouse Operations
• Oversee financial management activities, including profit & loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
• Use Quickbooks and Zoho Inventory
• Utilize Excel data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• No Experiences Required
• Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making purposes.
• Background in sales strategies, customer service excellence, and operational process improvement.
• Experience in strategic management, lean management practices, and business development initiatives.
• Ability to lead at an executive level with strong leadership qualities and operational oversight skills.
