Retail Operations Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and engage with walk-in and existing customers on the store floor.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions.
• Enable and support sales by ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Achieve store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth store operations.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on offers and promotions.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights for improvement.
• Support in other retail operations as and when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
