Retail Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
Manage daily retail property operations and facilities maintenance.

Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and term contractors.

Attend to tenant feedback and operational matters.

Manage tenant fit-out, renovation and reinstatement works.

Conduct inspections and ensure safety / regulatory compliance.

Support budgeting, utility arrears follow-up and contract renewals.

Assist with MCST matters, licence agreements and AGM/EOGM preparation.

Support sustainability and energy initiatives.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Estate Management, M&E or related field.

At least 1 year of relevant retail/commercial property experience.

Experience in tenant management, fit-out works and contractor management.

Familiar with MCST and BMSMA preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.
