Retail Operations Head

JOB SUMMARY

The Retail Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, efficient store operations, and achievement of sales targets. The role involves managing store staff, monitoring sales performance, implementing retail strategies, and maintaining brand standards across all retail activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Customer Service

• Drive store sales performance and ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure all customers receive exceptional service consistent with the luxury standard.
• Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to increase store traffic and conversion rates.
• Assist sales staff in closing high-value sales and handling VIP clients when necessary.

2. Team Leadership

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain high performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies, professional conduct, and brand standards.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.

3. Store Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Implement and enforce operational procedures, policies, and store guidelines.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

4. Financial Management

• Monitor daily sales transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling and sales reporting.
• Review sales performance reports and analyze data to improve profitability.
• Manage store operational expenses and ensure cost efficiency.

5. Marketing and Business Development

• Collaborate with the marketing team in planning promotions, campaigns, and retail events such as bridal fairs and trunk shows.
• Identify opportunities to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
• Support initiatives that strengthen the brand presence and increase market visibility.

6. Inventory Control and Product Management

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain adequate stock availability.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of merchandise according to brand standards.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate inventory records.

7. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or after-sales service requirements promptly.
• Maintain and monitor client records to support personalized service and follow-ups.

8. Branch Administration and Documentation

• Process and coordinate ingress and egress requirements for all branches.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all necessary branch documents, permits, and forms.
• Coordinate with mall administration, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments for branch-related requirements.
• Maintain proper records and monitor deadlines for all branch documentation and approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
