Retail Operations Intern (Immediate Hiring)

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Operations Support: Assist the HQ team with daily retail operational tasks and coordination with retail stores.

• User Operations & Community Management: Update user registration records and monitor user growth performance. Assist in managing WhatsApp Channel content schedules, community activities, and user engagement initiatives.

• Sales Data & Reporting: Help compile sales data, update tracking sheets, monitor store performance, and prepare regular reports.

• Store Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking sales targets, KPIs, and store performance to support business decision-making.

• Inventory Coordination: Support stock tracking, replenishment updates, and inventory record maintenance.

• Retail Campaign Support: Assist in coordinating in-store promotions, product launches, marketing campaigns, and retail activities.

• Store Communication: Follow up with store teams on operational updates, sales reports, promotional execution, and other assigned tasks.

• Documentation & Administration: Maintain accurate records, update operational documents, and assist with general retail administration.

• Store Audit Support: Assist in checking store compliance, product displays, pricing accuracy, and merchandising standards when required.

• Ad Hoc Projects: Support the Retail Operations team with business projects, process improvements, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, sales data, and reports.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Interest in retail operations, sales performance, consumer electronics, or technology products is an advantage.
• Available for the required internship period as agreed with the Company.
