Retail Operations Manager

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and provide support to retail stores to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Drive sales growth to meet sales target and store KPI
• Evaluate sales performance of each store and work out action plans with respective store operators to improve sales and drive recruitment
• Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure sufficient stock control, visual merchandise and promotion roll-out
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

About you

• Minimum 8 years' experience in retail industry with chain stores and FMCG industry preferred
• Degree holder in Business, Marketing and other related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient of both written and spoken English and Chinese
