Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, customer service, inventory, and compliance.
• Monitor store performance and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Support sales growth through upselling and service excellence.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling of store staff.
• Manage employee performance and workforce productivity.
• Oversee inventory monitoring, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Support inventory counts and loss prevention initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance and help drive revenue growth.
• Execute merchandising and promotional activities with store and marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor regulations.
• Maintain efficient store operations and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in retail sales and operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores, branches, or retail locations.
• Strong background in sales management, sales target achievement, performance analysis, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Experience in recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and staff scheduling.
• Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, store operations, and loss prevention.
• Strong understanding of customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of company policies, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and other statutory requirements relevant to retail operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willing to travel extensively within Negros for regular store visits.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by retail operations.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare required reports.

Work Schedule/Set-up:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay: Php110,000.00 - Php160,000.00 per month
