Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for driving overall retail business performance, operational excellence, and profitability across all company-operated stores, kiosks, and retail channels. The role develops and executes retail strategies that maximize sales, improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and ensure consistent execution of company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets; monitor nationwide sales performance and store productivity.
• Develop and improve retail SOPs; ensure operational consistency and compliance across all stores.
• Monitor operating expenses, labor productivity, and manpower optimization; analyze Four-Wall Profitability by store and manage retail operational budgets.
• Ensure healthy inventory across all stores, reduce Out-of-Stock occurrences, improve inventory turnover, and review shrinkage and inventory variances.
• Ensure consistent customer experience, customer satisfaction, visual merchandising standards, and brand image.
• Analyze retail performance dashboards, monitor retail KPIs, present Monthly Business Reviews, and develop recommendations based on sales and operational data.
• Partner with Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Leasing, and Trade Sales to support commercial initiatives, annual business planning, and retail projects.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of retail operations or field management experience.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience handling multiple stores nationwide.
• Strong leadership, analytical, financial, presentation, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Willing to travel extensively.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
