Retail Operations Supervisor

Based at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, you will oversee daily outlet operations, lead and train the frontline team, drive sales performance, and support marketing activities to deliver an enjoyable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet.
• Lead, guide and train frontline staff to maintain good service standards and teamwork.
• Assist in staff recruitment and manpower planning to ensure sufficient staffing for daily operations.
• Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints.
• Support outlet promotions, marketing activities and special events.
• Monitor stock, equipment and cleanliness to maintain a pleasant customer environment.
• Coordinate with management on outlet operations and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Possess a Certificate or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail, F&B, arcade, family entertainment or customer service operations.
• Experience in staff supervision and on-the-job training will be an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive and hands-on, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• An interest in Japanese culture, entertainment brands and licensed IP products will be an added advantage.
