Retail Performance Improvement Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations Improvement:

Conduct retail operations assessments of Geely’s Distributors across the Middle East, identify business gaps, and develop and implement store improvement plans.

2. Sales Conversion Improvement:

Optimize key sales processes, including lead management, appointment setting, showroom visits, test drives, and deal closing, to improve retail sales efficiency and conversion rates.

3. Distributor Capability Development:

Enhance the operational capabilities of distributor management teams and frontline sales teams through dealership visits, on-site coaching, and business performance reviews.

4. Retail Standards Development:

Drive the implementation of Geely’s retail processes, operational standards, and management tools across the General Distributor network. Conduct regular audits of dealership compliance with Geely’s Corporate Identity (CI) standards, follow up on corrective actions, and document and promote best practices.

5. Data Analysis and Project Management:

Monitor dealership performance and retail conversion metrics, maintain and update the regional retail database, manage key improvement projects, and evaluate business results.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, training teams, and local General Distributors to implement retail improvement initiatives and support regional business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Experience in automotive retail operations, dealer management, sales management, or retail performance improvement is preferred.

3. Good understanding of automotive dealership operations, frontline sales processes, and customer lead conversion management.

4. Strong capabilities in data analysis, project management, business diagnostics, and on-site coaching, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive improvement initiatives to completion.

5. Proficiency in English is required. Arabic language skills are preferred.

6. Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple markets in the Middle East.
