About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position with regular weekday hours: Wednesday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm No weekend work and no public holiday shifts, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a healthy balance between work and personal life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing outstanding customer service
• Assisting customers with retail product enquiries and purchases
• Merchandising and maintaining attractive displays
• Stock replenishment and inventory management
• Operating the point-of-sale system
• Supporting the pharmacy team with day-to-day retail operations
• Helping maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous pharmacy experience is advantageous but not essential
