• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Manage stock levels by receiving deliveries, organizing shelves, and conducting inventory checks
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, guiding patients through medication pick-up, and offering basic health advice within scope
• Maintain clear records of prescriptions, medication logs, and patient interactions in compliance with privacy regulations
• Support with medication administration tasks under supervision, ensuring proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals
• Use medical terminology correctly when communicating with healthcare professionals and patients
• Contribute to patient care by providing information on medication usage, side effects, and storage instructions

Qualifications

• Previous hospital experience or familiarity with healthcare environments is highly desirable
• Experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar role enhances your suitability for this position
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication management processes
• Passion for patient care with excellent communication skills to support diverse customer needs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy retail setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
