Retail Planner

Merchandise & Inventory Planning

● Develop and execute merchandise plans, sales forecasts, and inventory strategies for MBO counters.

● Analyze historical sales trends, market demand, and store-specific performance to optimize stock allocation.

● Work closely with the buying team to ensure the right product mix, stock levels, and replenishment strategies.

Sales & Performance Analysis

● Monitor sell-through rates, stock turnover, and gross margin to identify opportunities for improvement.

● Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance reports with actionable insights for the leadership team.

● Analyze category and SKU-level performance to enhance assortment planning.

Store & Supply Chain Coordination

● Partner with store teams to understand customer preferences and regional sales trends.

● Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and distribution.

● Minimize stockouts and excess inventory by optimizing store-level replenishment.

Pricing & Promotions Management

● Assist in markdown planning and promotional strategies to drive sales without compromising profitability.

● Coordinate with the marketing team to align inventory with campaign planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

● 3 to 5 years of experience in retail planning.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and retail planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
