A customer looking for Size 32 while Size 32 is sitting in another store? That's lost business.

At Bene Kleed, we're looking for someone who doesn't just track stock. **Someone who knows where it should be, how much we need, and when to move it.**

We're building a Gen Z streetwear brand from India. And we want a Retail Planner who thinks like a business owner, not a spreadsheet operator.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

**01 / THE RIGHT PRODUCT. THE RIGHT STORE.**

Plan store-wise assortments, size curves and inventory depth across our Shop-in-Shop (SIS) network. Understand what sells where, and allocate accordingly.

**02 / KEEP THE WINNERS MOVING.**

Track fast sellers, broken sizes and stock-outs. Drive replenishment and inter-store transfers before we lose sales.

**03 / DON'T LET INVENTORY GET OLD.**

Own sell-through analysis, identify slow movers early and recommend pull-backs, reallocation and liquidation actions. Every unit of stock should have a purpose.

**04 / TURN NUMBERS INTO DECISIONS.**

Build store-wise sales plans and forecasts. Analyse ROS, sell-through, inventory cover and sales versus plan.

Don't just tell us what happened. Tell us what to do next.

**05 / NO SURPRISES. NO EXCUSES.**

Own accurate planning MIS, allocation instructions and timely escalations. If something is going wrong, we should hear it from you before it impacts the business.

YOU'RE OUR KIND OF PERSON IF...

• You have hands-on experience in retail merchandising, allocation or inventory planning, preferably in fashion/apparel.

• You understand **ROS, sell-through, size curves, stock cover, replenishment and inventory ageing**.

• You're genuinely strong with Excel and comfortable working with large SKU-level datasets.

• You can spot an opportunity or a problem in the numbers before someone points it out.

• You challenge poor allocations instead of blindly repeating last month's plan.

• You take ownership of outcomes, not just reports.
