Job Overview

Nova Retail Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic Retail Planning Manager to lead merchandise planning, sales forecasting, and inventory optimization. You will work closely with buying, merchandising, and operations teams to drive retail performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop retail sales and inventory plans.
• Analyze sales trends and demand forecasts.
• Monitor stock levels and product performance.
• Prepare planning reports and business insights.
• Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams.
• Support seasonal and promotional planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in retail planning, merchandising, or inventory management.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
