Germany Retail Promotion Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in the daily operations and management of the regional retail team to ensure the achievement of various store operational KPIs.

2.Formulate and refine retail development plans based on the overall regional business strategy, lead the team to implement these strategies, and achieve performance targets.

3.Collaborate with various functional departments within the region to drive the execution of terminal activities such as brand enhancement, new product launches, and daily promotions, ensuring adequate resource support and effective implementation.

4.Continuously optimize the team training system by developing and updating training materials, organizing regular training sessions, and enhancing the overall professional competence and talent quality of the team.

Qualifications:

1.At least 2 years of global retail management and promotion experience, with a thorough understanding of overseas retail end-to-end operations (including offline stores, supermarkets, etc.). Possess experience in building overseas retail systems and managing teams; candidates with background in both central platform (headquarters) and regional management are preferred.

2.Excellent communication and coordination skills, resource integration capabilities, cross-functional collaboration skills, influence, and data analysis abilities.

3.Prior experience in channel retail management within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is preferred.
