Retail Risk Analytics Manager | Banking

You will drive a critical credit risk system migration for credit card operations, directly impacting account management and origination frameworks. In this role, you will lead end-to-end credit reviews and ensure seamless limit assignment strategies across the retail portfolio. Your analytical insights will safeguard risk management cycles while optimizing decisioning workflows during major system transformations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end credit risk management migration for credit card origination and account management workflows.
• Execute comprehensive credit reviews and limit assignment evaluations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and data integrity during migration.
• Analyze risk metrics and portfolio performance to maintain credit quality post-migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align risk strategies with technical project delivery.

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of banking experience with a strong background in credit card business operations.
• Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis using SAS, Python, Tableau, or Excel.
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT in large-scale banking system migrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Ability to work independently, manage tight timelines, and adapt to complex project demands.
