We is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in the Singapore East Region on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of customer service, delivering exceptional experiences whilst showcasing our products to customers. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining the high standards that define the our brand. This position is essential to our retail operations and directly contributes to our business growth and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service to create a positive shopping experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in selecting items that meet their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing retail environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Answer customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and courteously
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
• Support inventory management activities, including stock checks and receiving new merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about kitchenware and related products
• Physical capability to lift and carry items, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and service
