Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling and payment processing.
• Replenish merchandise, receive deliveries, and assist with stocktaking activities.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Address customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum N-Level qualification or equivalent.

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

• Basic computer literacy with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable handling cash, processing transactions, and working with numbers.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

• Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
