What You'll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
• Recommend products based on customers' needs and achieve sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain CRM records.
• Handle customer enquiries and after-sales support professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising according to brand standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization.
• Work closely with the team to achieve store goals.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Able to achieve sales targets and deliver strong sales performance.
• Experience in premium, fashion, lifestyle or international retail brands is an advantage.
• Passionate about customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, confident and professional.
• Positive attitude, team player and self-motivated.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate in English. Mandarin and other languages are an added advantage.
