About the role
We're looking to onboard a Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll be working in a team of driven and supportive team members while we work towards our company's mission and purpose.
Key responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate Hiblendr's products
- Listen and understand customers' wants and needs to recommend suitable products
- Engage in meaningful interactions and build relationships with customers
- Constantly build product knowledge and actively share this knowledge with existing and potential customers
- Work closely with Manager to meet monthly sales targets
- Submit sales reports
- Give recommendations to managers for areas of improvement of sales tactics, ongoing promotions, and product improvement
- Provide training to future sales staff
- Deal with retail partners
- Handle merchandise display
