Retail Sales Assistant

Kali Dogwear is looking for a friendly, proactive, and organized Retail Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Canggu. This is more than a retail role—you'll help create a great customer experience while supporting our online store, B2B partners, and daily store operations.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service both in-store and online while ensuring our store remains well-stocked, organized, and running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome and assist customers in-store with product recommendations and purchases
• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Shopify, and other online platforms
• Process retail sales and operate the POS system
• Manage daily store opening and closing procedures
• Monitor and replenish store inventory
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory management
• Prepare and pack online and wholesale (B2B) orders
• Coordinate with partner stores regarding stock replenishment and deliveries
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
• Support promotional events, pop-ups, and weekend markets when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred
• Friendly, positive, and confident communicating with customers
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and spoken English is an advantage
• Loves dogs and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating schedule
