Retail Sales Assistant

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and energetic Retail Sales Assistantto join and work between ourRangiora & Christchurch Stores in a casual position.

You will be provided with uniforms & training.

The opening hours are Monday to Friday (NO nights)

As the Retail Sales Assistant you will:

• Attend to customer queries and orders
• Process sales accurately (cash handling/EFTPOS)
• Tint & mix paint
• Perform regular stock takes
• Stock replenishment unpacking and storing or inward goods on a daily basis
• Using Pallet jacks, walkie stackers and other devices to assist with manual handling
• Help maintain a clean, tidy store environment

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Great Customer Service Skills
• Good communication skills
• Sales experience
• High attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices

This role is a physical position requiring manual handling up to 28kg and operating machinery as needed.
