As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll work directly with customers, learn from experienced colleagues, and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Support daily sales and retail operations
• Maintain high standards across the customer-facing environment
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues effectively
• Support promotions, product displays and sales campaigns
• Work towards individual and team goals
• Learn from regular coaching and on-the-job training
