[Job responsibilities]

1. Receive customer inquiries, understand their needs, and close sales;

2. Comprehensively master product knowledge, competitive product knowledge, and after-sales service;

3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the store's image, efficiently and professionally completing every aspect of the customer shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction;

4. Understand market trends and market information, including competitor brands, prices, promotions, etc., and provide timely feedback to the company.
