Casual Retail Sales Position – Canberra

Timeless Watches is seeking passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to join our team at our Canberra outlet store.

We are looking for positive, customer-focused team members who thrive in a retail environment and have a genuine passion for sales and well-known fashion brands.

Full-time and part-time hours are available, with an immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and assigned KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation
• Assist with stock management and replenishment
• Perform general retail duties as required
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 12 months’ previous retail experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• A strong sales focus and a genuine can-do attitude
• An outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
• The ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with colleagues
• Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
