Retail Sales Assistant

About the role

As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will work at either of our Gold Coast store locations, supporting our Store Managers and teams with day-to-day retail operations. You'll be someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with customers and colleagues, and thrives in a varied retail environment. Flexibility and ongoing availability are essential, including the ability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required on a rotational roster.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
• Build genuine relationships with customers and confidently assist with styling and product selection
• Achieve and contribute to store sales targets
• Identify opportunities to maximise sales through product knowledge and personalised customer service
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and our latest collections
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a high standard of store presentation
• Assist with stock control, inventory management and replenishment
• Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operations
• Work confidently and effectively across our three Gold Coast store locations
• Communicate effectively with Store Managers and Head Office regarding customer feedback, sales opportunities and store requirements

About you

• Experienced in retail sales, ideally with 2+ years' experience in fashion retail
• Passionate about ladies' fashion, styling and the latest trends
• Confident, friendly and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed targets
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability and willingness to work regularly across our store locations
• Available for ongoing casual work and able to provide regular availability
• Available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
• Reliable, punctual and able to assist with shifts at short notice when needed
• Professional, well presented and confident when interacting with customers
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
