We’re currently looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Middlesbrough.

This would suit someone who enjoys working with people, likes having variety in their day and wants to develop their experience in customer service and sales.

You’ll be working as part of a supportive team, helping customers with enquiries and representing a range of brands and promotions. Full training is provided when you join, so we’re open to applicants from different backgrounds.

The Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you’ll speak with customers throughout the day, answer questions and provide information about the products, services and promotions available.

You’ll take the time to understand what customers are looking for, help with enquiries and registrations, and make sure they receive a friendly and professional service.

You’ll also work towards individual and team goals and keep up to date with the campaigns you’re representing.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and comfortable speaking with customers. Good communication and listening skills are important, along with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, events or sales would be useful, but isn’t essential as training is provided.
