About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and confident Weekend Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of retail or sales experience who enjoys interacting with customers and providing excellent service.

You'll be helping customers find the right beauty products, confidently explaining product benefits, and creating a welcoming shopping experience while contributing to sales.

Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist customers in-store.

* Learn about our products and confidently explain their features and benefits.

* Recommend products based on customers' needs.

* Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

* Operate the till and process payments.

* Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organised store.

* Assist with opening and closing duties.

* Handle customer enquiries professionally.

What We're Looking For

* 2–3 years of retail or sales experience.

* Young female talent

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* A confident and outgoing personality.

* Passion for beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is a bonus.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends.

* A willingness to learn and become knowledgeable about our products.

What We Offer

* Minimum wage £12.71 per hour .

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 per week
