We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for casual, part-time, or full-time work, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our stores while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
• Processing sales accurately using our POS system.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive product displays.
• Keeping the store clean, organised, and well presented.
• Assisting with stock deliveries and inventory control.
• Supporting your team to achieve store goals.
• Following responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and company procedures.

• Is reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Is flexible and available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Is happy to travel and work across multiple Harry's Liquor stores when required.
• Works well both independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements

• Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Reliable transport and willingness to travel between store locations.
• Availability for casual, part-time, or full-time shifts.

Preferred (but not essential)

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.

Must be able to travel between stores. Schofields, Plumpton, Rooty Hill, Quakers Hill & Vineyard.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.77 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 35.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Schofields NSW 2762: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• RSA (Required)
