Retail Sales Assistant

Aftershock PC, founded in 2012, is a leading custom PC builder in Singapore, with operations across Australia and Malaysia. We specialise in high-performance custom-built PCs and are passionate about delivering quality systems and an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail store.
• Welcome and assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
• Understand customers’ requirements, budgets and usage needs to recommend suitable PC builds and components.
• Advise customers on PC specifications, components and compatible combinations.
• Answer basic technical and product-related questions.
• Follow up with customer enquiries and requests.
• Process payments and ensure accurate transaction handling.
• Maintain a clean, organised and customer-friendly retail environment.
• Support other retail and administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Passionate about PCs, gaming hardware or technology.
• Basic knowledge of PC components and current PC market trends is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, service-oriented and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and recommending products based on their needs.
• Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
