Retail Sales Executive – Vadhughar Spices Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding and managing Vadhughar Spices’ retail network by visiting grocery stores, supermarkets, wholesalers and other FMCG outlets. The role involves generating new retailer accounts, taking orders, ensuring product availability, maintaining retailer relationships, collecting payments, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned markets and identify new retail outlets for Vadhughar Spices.
• Approach grocery stores, kirana shops, supermarkets and other FMCG retailers.
• Introduce Vadhughar products, pricing, margins and promotional schemes to retailers.
• Generate orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure regular availability of Vadhughar products at retail counters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Follow up on pending orders and payments.
• Monitor competitor products, prices, schemes and market activity.
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail counters.
• Conduct regular market visits and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Identify high-potential areas and recommend new markets for expansion.
• Coordinate with distributors/company management for stock replenishment.
• Handle basic retailer queries and resolve sales-related issues.
• Ensure that company pricing and promotional policies are followed.
• Support product sampling, promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.

Target Customers

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
