Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer service. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Manage billing, payments, and basic sales transactions, as required.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team.
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Follow company policies and retail sales procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and promoting products.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates must be comfortable working at retail store locations in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida.

• Customer service and sales skills.
• Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn.

• Prior experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer handling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
