Salary Range: Base RM2,000- RM2,800 + comms

Locations: Sunway Pyramid, IOI City Mall, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, TRX

Overview
We are partnering with several of our Retail clients to look for engaging and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join the team representing a renowned lifestyle brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable shopping experiences through compelling storytelling and excellent service. Fresh graduates with no experience are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm and inviting store experience.
• Provide personalised product recommendations based on customers’ interests and needs.
• Address customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• To achieve monthly sales target given by superior.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is consistently well presented.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including wrapping and after-sales service.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment and store events as required.
• Staying informed about the brand’s products, promotions, and any new collections to effectively educate customers.

Requirements

• Strong communication and storytelling skills – able to convey product details and inspire customers.
• Dynamic, friendly with cheerful disposition and a team player.
• Self-motivated, proactive and result driven with strong passion in sales related roles.
• Passion for premium lifestyle, design or craft products.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but a genuine enthusiasm for people and products is essential.
• Good command of English (Mandarin or other languages an advantage).
• Flexible to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays.
