Whether you've worked in retail before or you're looking for your first customer-focused role, we'll provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

You'll spend your day on the sales floor greeting customers, learning what they're looking for, and helping them find products that suit their needs. Some customers know exactly what they want, while others appreciate recommendations and guidance.

Between assisting customers, you'll help restock merchandise, organize displays, and make sure the store is clean, inviting, and ready for business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Learn about customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Answer questions about products, promotions, and store services
• Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays
• Process purchases and returns accurately when needed
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well presented
• Work with teammates to support daily store operations

• Can stand for extended periods and occasionally lift merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds

Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required.
