Retail Sales Associate

Our store is expanding and we are bringing on new Retail Sales Associates to help us meet the demand. If you are someone who enjoys being on the move, likes working towards a goal, and gets a bit of a buzz from helping a customer walk out happy, this role will suit you.

Shifts and Hours

• Full-time, 35 to 40 hours per week
• Store hours are 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday, and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sunday
• Shifts are typically 7 to 8 hours, with a mix of openings, mid-shifts, and closes
• Rotating schedule shared two weeks ahead
• One guaranteed weekend off per month
• Optional extra hours during holiday season and sale weeks

What the Job Actually Looks Like

You will be on the sales floor, not behind a desk. A typical day involves:

• Greeting customers and finding out what brought them in
• Walking them through products, sizes, features, and options
• Suggesting add-ons that genuinely make sense for what they are buying
• Rotating stock, folding, tagging, and keeping the floor looking sharp
• Jumping on the register during busy periods
• Handling fitting rooms, exchanges, and the occasional tricky return
• Contributing to daily and weekly team targets
