Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and services.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves through merchandising, stocking, and organizing products to ensure an appealing store presentation.
• Occasionally be ready to make certain products on site for our customers..

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
• Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, POS systems, and retail math for accurate transactions.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle inquiries professionally.
• Organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, inventory tracking, and maintaining store cleanliness.
