Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase technology and drive sales.
• Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to enhance the shopping experience.
• Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and additional items that complement customer purchases.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed during shifts, including restocking shelves and maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with liquor sales and liquor products is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Proficient in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.
• Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for sales with a proven ability to upsell products based on customer needs.
• Ability to perform manual labour; lift, push, and carry up to 25 kgs regularly
