Retail Sales Associate

We’re part of a fast-moving retail environment where customer experience and a well-run store go hand in hand. As the team continues to grow in El Paso, we’re looking for a Retail Sales Assistant who enjoys working with people and wants to build experience in the retail sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help customers find products and answer questions
• Keep shelves and displays stocked
• Assist with purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Support the checkout when needed
• Keep the sales floor tidy and welcoming
• Work with the team during busy periods

We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident with customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable staying active during your shift
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

The Details

35–40 hours per week, with daytime, evening, and some weekend shifts.
