Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you. Must be available two weekends a month.

One Position:

Wednesday-Sunday availability

Saturday/Sunday availability (must be available 2 weekends per month)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist customers in finding products and provide product recommendations

• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service-

• Make Customer Relationships Calls

• Assist in fundraising or bridal registries

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you will be making lots of phone calls)

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Must be able to Multi-task - many different tasks will be given in a day

• Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor

• Bilingual in Polish is a plus (but not necessary - 95% of our staff does not speak Polish)
