About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team.

In this role, you will represent our clients in retail environments, engage directly with customers, identify their needs, and provide information about available products and services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, marketing, communication, and business development.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients and brands professionally within retail environments
• Engage customers in friendly and informative conversations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Educate customers about available products, services, and promotions
• Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives
• Create a positive and professional customer experience
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching sessions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and results
• Follow established company and client guidelines
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and performance develop
