Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing and assist with payment processes.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Manage customer queries and provide excellent service.
• Maintain stock and coordinate with the store team.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in Retail Sales / In-store Sales / Customer Service.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Customer-friendly and target-oriented.
• Presentable and confident personality.
• Willingness to work in a retail/store environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
