Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory.
• Support store cleanliness by stocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and maintaining outdoor work areas.
• Communicate effectively via phone or in person to answer questions about products or services and coordinate with team members for smooth store operations.

Skills

• Experience with retail sales processes including POS systems, which is Square, cashiering, and retail math.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
• Proven organizational skills for merchandising, stocking, and inventory management.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle phone inquiries professionally.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 15.0 per week
