Role Overview:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to create exceptional customer experiences and help guests discover furniture and home furnishing solutions that match their needs and lifestyle. This role is ideal for a focused, ambitious sales professional who enjoys customer interaction and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers professionally, provide world-class service, and guide them through furniture and home furnishing selections.

• Process sales orders, cash transactions, credit applications, financing requests, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently.

• Resolve customer concerns, support store opening and closing activities, reconcile cash, and complete daily operational checklists.

• Support inventory management, loss prevention procedures, and scheduled inventory activities while maintaining store standards.

• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs, maintain customer satisfaction, contribute ideas, and complete additional duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• One year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

• Outgoing, approachable, customer-focused, and able to communicate information in a clear and motivating manner that encourages action.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, maintain reliable attendance, and perform required lifting, tugging, and pulling of merchandise.
